Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients

  • 1 6 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate bits
  • 7 Tables. waterboiling
  • 4 eggseparated and beaten
  • 2 Tables. crème de cacao
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Mousse

Instructions

1. Separate the eggs; beat the egg whites and set aside.

2. Place the semi-sweet chocolate bits in a blender and blend for 6 seconds. Scrape down the sides.

3. Add the boiling water and blend on high for 10 seconds.

4. Add the egg yolks, crème de cacao, and cinnamon; blend until smooth.

5. Gently fold in the beaten egg whites until incorporated.

6. Chill the mousse at least 2 hours before serving.
