  1. 1. Separate the eggs; beat the egg whites and set aside.
  2. 2. Place the semi-sweet chocolate bits in a blender and blend for 6 seconds. Scrape down the sides.
  3. 3. Add the boiling water and blend on high for 10 seconds.
  4. 4. Add the egg yolks, crème de cacao, and cinnamon; blend until smooth.
  5. 5. Gently fold in the beaten egg whites until incorporated.
  6. 6. Chill the mousse at least 2 hours before serving.
