
Green Beans Caesar
Ingredients
- 1.5 Pounds green bean - cooked, cut into 1 in. pieces
- 2 cans cut green beans - drained
- 2 T. salad oil
- 2 T. onion - minced
- 1 clove garlic - crushed
- 1 T. vinegar
- 0.25 tsp. salt
- 0.125 tsp. pepper
- 2 T. bread crumb
- 2 T. parmesan - grated
- 1 T. butter - melted
Instructions
- 1. Toss beans with seasoning. Put in 1-qt. casserole. Sprinkle on crumb mixture and with paprika.
- 2. Bake uncovered until heated through, 15-20 minutes (longer if beans were not hot).
