  1. 1. Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente, then drain.
  2. 2. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. 3. Brown the chopped onion and minced garlic in the oil until softened and fragrant.
  4. 4. Add the diced tomatoes and the chicken cubes to the skillet and cook for about 10 minutes.
  5. 5. Add the diced zucchini and cook until just tender, stirring to combine.
  6. 6. Stir in the chopped basil, toss the vegetable mixture with the cooked pasta, and serve with grated parmesan.
