Ingredients
- 2.5 ounces gin
- 1 ounces vodka
- 0.5 ounces Lillet Blanc
- 2 cups ice – for mixing
- lemon peel – expressed over drink (for garnish)
Instructions
- Place a coupe or martini glass in the freezer to chill.
- Add the gin, vodka, and Lillet Blanc to a mixing glass.
- Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir until very cold and slightly diluted, 20–30 seconds, until the outside of the glass is frosty.
- Strain into the chilled glass.
- Express the oils from a wide lemon peel over the surface, rub the rim, and drop the peel into the drink.
- Serve immediately.
