Instructions
Peel and slice the banana.
Add the banana, frozen mango chunks, frozen pineapple chunks, orange juice, plain yogurt, and coconut milk to a blender.
Add the honey and ice cubes to the blender.
Blend on low speed to start breaking up the frozen fruit, then increase to high speed and blend until completely smooth and creamy, 45–90 seconds, scraping down the sides if needed.
Taste and adjust sweetness by blending in a little more honey if desired, or adjust thickness by adding a splash more orange juice or a few more ice cubes and blending again until smooth.
Pour the tropical fruit smoothie into 2 glasses.
Sprinkle the tops with unsweetened shredded coconut for serving, if using, and serve immediately while cold and frosty.
