Ingredients
- 16 plain crackers
- 0.5 cup creamy peanut butter – stirred until smooth
- 0.33 cup fruit jelly
Instructions
- Arrange the crackers in a single layer on a serving plate or tray.
- Stir the peanut butter in a small bowl until smooth and easily spreadable.
- Spread about 1 teaspoon of peanut butter onto each cracker, covering most of the surface without letting it spill over the edges.
- Spoon about 0.5 teaspoon of jelly onto the center of the peanut butter on each cracker, gently nudging it so it settles without running off.
- Serve the peanut butter and jelly crackers immediately, or cover loosely and hold at room temperature for up to 1 hour before serving.
