
Peach Smoothie

Ingredients
- 2 cups ripe peaches – peeled, pitted, and sliced (fresh or frozen)
- 0.5 cups banana – sliced (about 1 small banana, fresh or frozen)
- 0.75 cups plain yogurt – cold
- 0.5 cups orange juice
- 1.5 tbsp honey
- 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cups ice cubes
- 0.13 tsp ground cinnamon – optional
Instructions
- Prepare the fruit by peeling, pitting, and slicing the peaches, and slicing the banana.
- Add the sliced peaches and banana to a blender jar.
- Pour in the plain yogurt and orange juice.
- Add the honey, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon if using.
- Add the ice cubes on top of the other ingredients.
- Blend on high speed until completely smooth and creamy, 30–60 seconds, stopping to scrape down the sides or stir if needed.
- Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness with a little more honey if desired, blending briefly to combine.
- Pour the peach smoothie into two glasses and serve immediately while cold and frothy.
