Ingredients
- 0.75 ounces bourbon
- 0.75 ounces Aperol
- 0.75 ounces Amaro Nonino
- 0.75 ounces lemon juice – freshly squeezed
- ice
Instructions
- Place a coupe glass in the freezer to chill, about 5 minutes.
- Add the bourbon, Aperol, Amaro Nonino, and freshly squeezed lemon juice to a cocktail shaker.
- Fill the shaker with ice.
- Shake hard until well-chilled and the outside of the shaker is frosty, 10–12 seconds.
- Double strain into the chilled coupe.
- Serve immediately.
