Ingredients
- 2 ounces dark navy rum
- 4 ounces pineapple juice
- 1 ounces orange juice
- 1 ounces cream of coconut
- ice cubes – for shaking
- crushed ice – for serving
- nutmeg – freshly grated (for garnish)
Instructions
- Chill a tall glass (such as a hurricane or highball) in the freezer while you build the drink.
- Add the dark navy rum, pineapple juice, orange juice, and cream of coconut to a cocktail shaker.
- Add ice cubes and shake vigorously until well chilled and frothy, 10–15 seconds.
- Fill the chilled glass with crushed ice.
- Strain the cocktail over the crushed ice (or open-pour to include the froth and small ice chips).
- Grate nutmeg over the top and serve immediately.
