Ingredients
- 1 ounces gin
- 1 ounces Campari
- 1 ounces sweet vermouth
- 2 cups ice cubes
- 1 piece large ice cube
- orange peel – expressed (for serving)
Instructions
- Add the gin, Campari, and sweet vermouth to a mixing glass.
- Add the ice cubes and stir until very cold and well-diluted, 20–30 seconds.
- Place the large ice cube into an old-fashioned (rocks) glass.
- Strain the cocktail into the glass over the large ice cube; the drink should look clear and silky.
- Express the orange peel over the surface, rub it around the rim, and drop it in for serving; serve immediately.
