Ingredients
- 0.75 ounces mezcal (joven)
- 0.75 ounces yellow Chartreuse
- 0.75 ounces Aperol
- 0.75 ounces fresh lime juice
- ice cubes – for shaking
Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass in the freezer.
- Add mezcal, yellow Chartreuse, Aperol, and fresh lime juice to a cocktail shaker.
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake hard until well chilled, 10–12 seconds, until the shaker is frosty.
- Double strain into the chilled coupe.
- Serve immediately.
