Ingredients
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 2 ounces vodka
- 0.5 ounce lime juice – freshly squeezed
- 4.5 ounces ginger beer – chilled
- lime wedge – for garnish
Instructions
- Fill a chilled copper mug or rocks glass with the ice cubes.
- Pour in the vodka and the freshly squeezed lime juice.
- Top with the chilled ginger beer.
- Stir gently 2–3 times to combine without knocking out the carbonation.
- Garnish with the lime wedge and serve immediately.
