
Mixed Berry Smoothie

Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen mixed berries
- 1 banana – ripe, sliced
- 0.75 cups plain yogurt
- 0.75 cups milk – cold
- 1.5 tbsp honey
- 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
- 0.5 cups ice cubes
Instructions
- Peel the banana and slice it into pieces so it blends more easily.
- Add the frozen mixed berries to the blender, followed by the sliced banana.
- Pour in the plain yogurt and the cold milk.
- Add the honey and vanilla extract to the blender.
- Top with the ice cubes to help thicken and chill the smoothie.
- Blend on low speed to start breaking up the frozen berries and ice, then increase to high speed and blend until very smooth and creamy, 45–60 seconds.
- Stop and scrape down the sides of the blender with a spatula if any fruit sticks, then blend again briefly until fully incorporated.
- Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness with a little more honey if desired, blending briefly to combine.
- Pour the mixed berry smoothie into two glasses and serve immediately while cold and thick.
