Instructions

  1. Add the sifted matcha powder to the blender.
  2. Add the sliced banana and baby spinach to the blender on top of the matcha.
  3. Spoon in the plain Greek yogurt, then pour in the cold milk.
  4. Add the honey and vanilla extract.
  5. Add the ice cubes on top of the other ingredients.
  6. Blend on low speed to break up the ice, then increase to high and blend until completely smooth and creamy, 45–60 seconds, scraping down the sides once if needed.
  7. Taste and adjust sweetness with a little more honey if desired, then pulse briefly to combine.
  8. Pour the matcha smoothie into two glasses and serve immediately while cold and frothy.
