Ingredients

• 0.75 ounces gin
• 0.75 ounces green Chartreuse
• 0.75 ounces maraschino liqueur
• 0.75 ounces lime juice – freshly squeezed
• ice – for shaking
• maraschino cherry – for serving (optional)

Instructions

1. Chill a coupe glass in the freezer until cold, about 5 minutes.
2. Add 0.75 oz each of gin, green Chartreuse, maraschino liqueur, and freshly squeezed lime juice to a cocktail shaker.
3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake hard until well chilled and the shaker is frosty, 10–12 seconds.
4. Fine-strain into the chilled coupe.
5. Garnish with the maraschino cherry, if using, and serve immediately.
