Ingredients
- ice cube – large (for serving)
- 1.5 ounces dark rum
- 0.75 ounces Campari
- 1.5 ounces pineapple juice
- 0.5 ounces lime juice
- 0.5 ounces simple syrup
- ice cubes – for shaking
- pineapple wedge – for garnish
Instructions
- Place a large ice cube in a rocks glass to chill; set aside.
- Add dark rum, Campari, pineapple juice, lime juice, and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker.
- Add the ice cubes, then shake hard until well-chilled and slightly frothy, 10–12 seconds.
- Strain into the prepared rocks glass.
- Garnish with the pineapple wedge and serve immediately.
