Ingredients
- 1 cups ice cubes – for shaking
- 2 ounces dark rum
- 2 ounces light rum
- 1 ounces lemon juice – freshly squeezed
- 1 ounces passion fruit syrup
- 2 cups crushed ice – for serving
- orange slice – for garnish
- maraschino cherry – for garnish
Instructions
- Fill a cocktail shaker with the ice cubes.
- Add the dark rum, light rum, lemon juice, and passion fruit syrup to the shaker.
- Shake hard until well-chilled, 10–12 seconds, until the shaker is frosty.
- Pack a hurricane glass with the crushed ice.
- Strain the drink over the crushed ice.
- Garnish with the orange slice and maraschino cherry and serve immediately.
