Ingredients

Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk the Dijon mustard and honey until completely smooth.
- Whisk in the mayonnaise until the mixture is thick and creamy.
- Add the apple cider vinegar, fine sea salt, and black pepper; whisk until fully combined and glossy.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed, then let the sauce rest 5–10 minutes to meld.
- Serve as a dip, spread, or dressing, or transfer to a jar, cover, and refrigerate for up to 1 week.
