
Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen blueberries
- 1 medium banana – ripe, sliced
- 0.75 cups plain yogurt
- 0.75 cups milk – cold
- 1.5 tbsp honey
- 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
- 0.5 cups ice cubes
Instructions
- Peel the banana and slice it into chunks.
- Add the frozen blueberries, banana slices, plain yogurt, milk, honey, and vanilla extract to a blender.
- Add the ice cubes on top of the other ingredients.
- Blend on high speed until completely smooth and creamy, 45–60 seconds, stopping to scrape down the sides of the blender if needed.
- Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness with a little more honey if desired, blending briefly to combine.
- Pour the blueberry smoothie into two glasses and serve immediately while cold and thick.
