Ingredients
- 0.5 cup soy sauce
- 0.25 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 0.25 cup light brown sugar – packed
- 1 teaspoon black pepper – coarsely ground
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 0.5 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon liquid smoke
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk the soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce until combined.
- Add the light brown sugar and whisk until fully dissolved.
- Whisk in the black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, red pepper flakes, and liquid smoke until the marinade is smooth and evenly blended.
- Use immediately as a marinade, or transfer to a clean jar, cover, and refrigerate for up to 1 week.
