  1. Add the plain yogurt to a large pitcher and whisk until smooth, about 30 seconds.
  2. Whisk in half of the water and the salt until fully dissolved and lightly foamy, 30–60 seconds.
  3. Whisk in the remaining water to reach a light, drinkable consistency. Taste and adjust salt to preference.
  4. Pour into chilled glasses and serve cold, over ice cubes if desired.
