Ingredients
- 2 cups plain yogurt
- 2 cups water
- 0.75 tsp salt
- ice cubes – for serving
Instructions
- Add the plain yogurt to a large pitcher and whisk until smooth, about 30 seconds.
- Whisk in half of the water and the salt until fully dissolved and lightly foamy, 30–60 seconds.
- Whisk in the remaining water to reach a light, drinkable consistency. Taste and adjust salt to preference.
- Pour into chilled glasses and serve cold, over ice cubes if desired.
