
Apples With Lime

Ingredients
- 4 apples – medium; cored and cut into 8 wedges each
- 2 limes – juiced
- 1 tsp chile piquĂn powder
- 0.25 tsp fine sea salt
Instructions
- Rinse the apples and limes. Core the apples and cut each into 8 wedges; leave the peel on.
- Place the apple wedges in a large bowl and pour the lime juice over them. Toss until every piece is lightly coated, 30–60 seconds.
- Sprinkle the chile piquĂn powder and fine sea salt evenly over the apples. Toss again until the seasoning is well distributed, 15–30 seconds.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if desired, then serve immediately while crisp and juicy.
