Ingredients
- 4 stalks celery stalks – washed and dried
- 0.5 cup creamy peanut butter – stirred until smooth
- 0.33 cup raisins
Instructions
- Trim both ends from each celery stalk, then cut each stalk crosswise into 2 equal pieces to make 8 short logs.
- Use a small spoon or knife to fill the groove of each celery log with creamy peanut butter, leveling it so it sits just below the edges.
- Press raisins gently into the peanut butter along the length of each celery log, spacing them evenly to resemble a line of ants.
- Arrange the finished logs on a plate and serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate for up to 1 day before serving.
