  1. Trim both ends from each celery stalk, then cut each stalk crosswise into 2 equal pieces to make 8 short logs.
  2. Use a small spoon or knife to fill the groove of each celery log with creamy peanut butter, leveling it so it sits just below the edges.
  3. Press raisins gently into the peanut butter along the length of each celery log, spacing them evenly to resemble a line of ants.
  4. Arrange the finished logs on a plate and serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate for up to 1 day before serving.
